Yoga 60 - Thursday August, 17 2017

I had a great class with Jennifer; she was with me at level one. I noticed a huge change in her teaching since Level One. She taught the True North Alignment in great detail and I really focused on the centerline as described by Jennifer and I felt strong during the class because of it. It is always challenging to keep your body in True North Alignment during the whole class. You need constant reminders because your body fatigues during the class and you slip up and forget to pull the muscles into the bone or adjust your inner ankles. Therefore, I Jennifer is amazing for putting her new found knowledge into practice.
