Yoga 60 - Thursday August, 17 2017

I had a great class with Jennifer; she was with me at level one. I noticed a huge change in her teaching since Level One. She taught the True North Alignment in great detail and I really focused on the centerline as described by Jennifer and I felt strong during the class because of it. It is always challenging to keep your body in True North Alignment during the whole class.

Inversion’s Workshop - Monday August 14, 2017

My sister Kelly had a great inversions workshop. She had us practice handstands and headstands. For warm up, she had us perform wrist mobility exercises. Ashley’s class was great; she had us do Crow Pose with our heads resting on a block. So, hopefully, I will keep building my strength and be able to master the tripod inversion.

Yoga 60 w/ Rick Wednesday July, 26 2017

I did Laura’s class today. A colleague from work named Rick wanted to join me for Power Yoga. I thought this was great because I think he will definitely see results. Currently he is very stiff from work. That was how I felt when I first found yoga. I was tired of feeling sore particularly in the neck region and upper back. However, for Rick it was his lower back and left hamstring.
